As Director of the Advanced Management Program (formerly CSEP), Bruce partners with the Faculty Director, visiting Faculty and the Columbia Program Management team to deliver a transformational educational experience for senior executive participants from around the world. Bruce teaches sessions on leadership, focusing on communication, flexible learning, effective messaging and the power of writing stories to face future challenges. In addition to his teaching and leadership roles, he is responsible for the pre and post program efforts of the AMP executive education team, including serving as an executive coach.

Alberta Barron is the Account Manager for the Advanced Management Program (formerly known as CSEP) at Columbia Business School Executive Education. As the program manager, Alberta will be in contact with you to help you prepare for the program, will be onsite with you during the program, and will be a continuous resource for you post program. Additionally Alberta works closely with the faculty director, the program director and the support members of the AMP Team to ensure a trans-formative learning experience in a safe, comfortable and vibrant learning community.
